Web Design Consultant, 2011

In September 2011 Mike had the pleasure of working with Whirlpool's ServiceMatters.com team. An aging but business critical site for Whirlpool service technicians, Mike was hired to help with the technical details of transitioning the existing dated site into a newer, AJAX-powered site. The project went so well Mike developed an additional mobile implementation—not originally planned for this realignment—to provide an adaptive user experience for iOS, Android, and Blackberry users. Mike also assisted with marketing materials related to the initial launch of the mobile site.
