Network Outage

It’s been a long couple of weeks, but things are finally settling down; hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I was planning to post last night, but now it’s time for a rant: what’s up with Western’s network? We’ve had two network outages this semester. Yeah, things happen, but I’m paying a lot of money for their sub-par internet access, so the least they could do is try to keep it up. The worst part about last nights outage is that it only affected my floor; what the hell is that?Western half-asses everything, but (ignoring Clean Access Agent) I’ve never had any trouble with their network.

    Indeed. We pay $80 a semester for Internet access, plus having to suffer through using Symantec Antivirus and Clean Access Agent just to login after paying up. >_>
